Covid-19 Sanitary Standards and Safety Measures

Check-in online:

in order to avoid queues and gatherings at the Reception, carrying out the online check in procedures prior to arrival will be necessary. Keep the room key with you and deliver at check out only. Just to protect you we request to respect our schedule: Check in time from 3.00 pm, Check out time by 11.00 am

Temperature detection

at national lenel, in addition to making tourists responsible , the guidelines provide for the obligation of the hotel to measure body temperature by preventing access in case of temperatures above 37.5° C

Respect the safety distance:

during your stay we will always respect a distance not less than 1 meter avoiding any kind of assembly in the environments of the property.

Cleaning and Acces to common areas:

we have increased the frequency of cleaning in common spaces (reception, lobby, relaxation areas, door handles, elevator, toilets and so on.). For the good of all, access to internal areas and use of elevator, will only be allowed with the use of mask . For the latter, we ask you to use alone or only with family members.

Restaurant:

we will ensure the necessary distances between tables and diners (where necessary). To guarantee maximum safety we will avoid the buffet at breakfast, preferring a personalized table service.

Personal hygiene of Staff and Guests:

to reduce the chances of contagion, in each area of Hotel a dispenser of disinfectant gel will be available for Guests, partners and suppliers.

Room cleaning:

while cleaning the room, our housekeepers will always wear a new pair of gloves and a mask of protection. The rooms will be sanitized after each check out with products approved by recent regulations. In order to leave maximum freedom of choice, you may decide not to receive daily cleaning but only the fresh linen.

Personal protection devices:

all our Staff is provided with protective equipment required by law. When handling food, all the Kitchen Staff is equipped with gloves and masks and regular procedures provided by HACCP.

Air-conditioning:

to avoid the risk of contagion, we have increased the frequency of sanitization of the filters of the conditioners located in common areas and rooms.

Linen and Tablecloth:

washing is certified by our Partner Companies.

Stay in the room:

in case of flu symptoms, cough or fever, access in te lobby/Reception/Common areas is prohibited. You will need to stay in your and contact Reception, which will offer the necessary assistance and will carry out the proper procedures quickly.
