Each Menu mixes pasta, meat, fish and vegetables enriched by the high quality of our olive oil.
Handmade pasta takes the spotlight: orecchiette, maltagliati, maccheroncini and cavatelli perfectly match delicious meat or fish ragout and vegetables.
Second courses respect the season: in Spring and
Summertime vegetables and fish are preferred, in Winter
meat, cold cuts and local cheeses enrich the table.
Legumes also are a dominant presence on our table: you could taste the broad beans mash tun with chicories in every period!
